Taylor Callaghan is the Founder of Certosa Capital. Before founding the firm, he spent nearly 12 years in commercial real estate at CBRE. Most recently, he served as Vice Chairman in the Advisory & Transaction Services group in New York, advising on more than $13 billion of transactions. His CBRE career spanned the Melbourne, London, and New York offices and gave him a global perspective on institutional real estate. He holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School (Class of 2026) and a Bachelor of Environments (Property) from the University of Melbourne. Taylor is an active member of the Italy America Chamber of Commerce and the Real Estate Board of New York.
