He brings more than 13 years of executive experience at publicly traded companies, including P&L management, capital allocation, and business operations. Before joining the firm, he held senior positions overseeing growth, profitability, and strategic planning across multiple business units. Tim holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University.
